The Barn at Emerson Motor Works is a BMW motorcycle shop located in the heart of the Green Mountains of Vermont. We are a riders shop, started and run by passionate motorcyclists, specializing in sales, repair and restoration of air cooled BMW motorcycles.
Heart of the Green Mountains Swap MeetFor eight years now we have hosted our Heart of the Green Mountains Swap Meet in early June, during the weekend between Americade and the AMCA meet at Rhinebeck, NY. This event draws motorcycle riders and vendors from all over New England. Every year more people seem to find out about the great deals to be had on BMW motorcycle parts and the great rides to be had from our shop. Every summer we look forward to making new friends around the bonfire. Pick through the motorcycle parts in your barn, fill your saddlebags and ride out to visit for the weekend. Put us on your calendar and stop by to kick tires, trade stories around the bonfire and pick up some rare parts. This year was our 8th Annual Swap Meet, and it was our best yet! Despite some rain at night, we had blue skies and sunshine, a great turnout of motorcycle enthusiasts, and some really great bikes and parts. Thank you to everyone who came out, both old friends and new, and we hope to see all of you again next year! We would like to give a special thank you to Romp for once again providing us with some awesome live music.
